I initially thought of installing the vertical covers of the desk using some thumbscrews. However, I was not happy with the look at it. So I thought about a “screw less” version. And found some nice magnets and small metallic pieces which would serve such a purpose. Unfortunately it turned out that the adhesive part on the round metal sheets was not strong enough to keep up against the magnets. So I decided to glue these small pieces directly to the acrylic glass. Hopefully this will hold tight in the future.
